Basketball Congress International, also known as BCI, has been providing tournaments to youth teams grades 4-12 since 1970. As the second oldest tournament organization in the country, BCI knows tournaments. With over 150 alumni players that have gone on to the NBA/WNBA BCI is about exposure to help you get to the next level. This blog is all about youth basketball tournaments. First and foremost, BCI believes in every player. That is why we have stated in our rules that every player plays. Being on a team is not enough. BCI believes that all players make up the team and all players should play. Being at a national tournament and receiving playing time can make a major impact in a player’s personal confidence.
